We charge a $3.00 handling fee on any size order then our website goes to the UPS website and calculates UPS costs based on weight, your UPS shipping option such as Ground, 3 day select , 2 day air etc. and your location. UPS considers all packages a minimum of 1 Lb. We are in California. Depending on where you are located and the size of your order, UPS Ground can range from roughly $5.00 up to $8.50+. Rural areas can be more. UPS rates have gone higher due to gas prices. For orders under 20.00 the site will also offer U.S. Mail service. All prices for shipping will be shown to you before you check out.    SUGGESTIONS FOR REDUCING SHIPPING FEES:  1.Buy all items in one order so you are not paying for additional shipping fees 2. If possible ship your order to a business address (it costs less) 3. Order early so you do not need rush fees When will my order ship? All non rush orders (no rush fee) ship from our facility  in Huntington Beach CA within 10 business days. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. pacific time are dated the following business day. Choose RUSH at Check out Rush orders without cutomization (custom embroidery or printing)  ship by the next business day ~ Rush orders with Hankie Customization (including Pre embroidered or Pre Printed hankies) ship within 2 business days possibly sooner.  How Much extra does rush cost? ~  $10.00 for the 1st item and 2.00  for each additional item in the order. If the order is received before 3:00 p.m. pacific time it will be bumped ahead of all other orders and ship from our Huntington Bch CA facility within 1 or 2 business days WITHOUT RUSH : ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS Once my order leaves your facility how long will it take in transit? You will  select your UPS time in transit during checkout from the shipping options drop down list. The list will show prices for UPS ground, 3 day select, 2 day air etc. (small orders will be offered USPS) If I am choosing your rush fee do I still need to choose an expedited UPS service such as 3 day select or 2 day air? That depends on how fast you need your order. If you choose the rush option that will make your order leave our facility faster but you must decide how fast you want UPS to reach you.   May I have my order shipped to my work? Yes!  It costs less when you have the order shipped to a business address. May I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box? No, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. box such as Mail boxes etc.that will sign for your package or if your P.O. Box is an actual rural residence address please indicate this in the comment box during check out.  (Otherwise your order will be delayed until we have a physical address.)  Do you ship outside the United States? No. Due to customs fees and shipping costs we only ship within the U.S.   Do I have to be home for delivery? No. You do not not have to be home for delivery. UPS will leave the package at your door or leave you a pick up notice. Do you only ship with UPS? For very small orders the site will offer U.S. Mail service. This is sometimes more economical for small orders. This is for customers who are not in a hurry and do not need tracking service. Please note that New Traditions will not be able to track the order once it is mailed.  We encourage the UPS option.
