Q. What wedding and gift items do you sell?
A. We have lovely wedding hankies most imported from Switzerland. You may select from many wedding handkerchief styles and prices. We have over 90 different 5x7 matted wedding poems that you may purchase seperately or add a lovely hankie with our beautiful gift box presentation.
These make sentimental gifts for the mother of the bride,
father of the bride, mother of the groom, bridesmaids,friends. |

Q. Do you have wedding hankies and poems for men also?
A. Yes, some of our best selling wedding handkerchiefs and poems are for the father of the bride, father of the groom, step fathers and grandfathers too. |

Q. Do you offer custom embroidery & custom printing on your hankies?
A. Yes, many of our hankie styles may be embroidered or custom printed. Now you can even print an entire poem on select hankie styles. These options will be available during the order process. |

Q. Do you offer customizing of your poetry selections
A. Yes, you may customize any of our poetry selections. This option will be available during the order process. $6.95 fee. We typeset it with the addition of a beautiful font.

Q. For a wedding, when is the best time to give these gifts?
A. You may give these sentimental gifts any time before the wedding. Some people like to give several out at the rehearsal dinner. Some brides like to give a hankie to their mom while dressing for the wedding. |

Q. How long have you been in business and where did the idea come from?
A. New Traditions is the original wedding handkerchief and poetry company. Established in 1989. That year the owner of New Traditions wedding hankie and poetry company gave a wedding handkerchief and wedding poem to her friend for her friends wedding day.
This wedding hankie with poem was such a big hit at the wedding shower there wasn't a dry eye in the house & the idea was formed to create a unique line of wedding handkerchiefs and wedding poetry. Originally just for the bride the line expanded for the bride to give a hankie and poem to all of her loved ones, thanking those who mean
the most to her during this special time. Our best selling hankie is of course for the mother of the bride. From the beginning New Traditions handkerchiefs have always been imported from Switzerland. Today 99% of all of our hankies are still from Switzerland. They are known for their quality and attention to detail in fine linens and handkerchiefs. We believe this is the perfect accompaniment to our product line, packaging and service. |

Q. Are you affiliated with any other wedding handkerchief and wedding poetry companies?
A. No. Although many have tried to copy the New Traditions concept. We have exclusive wedding poetry and packaging options and lovely Swiss handkerchiefs. We now offered custom printing on our hankies and custom embroidery.
We are confident that we have the best and most elegant packaging and wedding poetry options available anywhere. |

A. We are an internet only based company (no store front) but we process and ship our orders from our warehouse/office in beautiful Huntington Beach, California. |

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. If you are not happy for any reason you may return your purchase within three months and you will be refunded your purchase price.
