That year the owner of New Traditions wedding hankie and poetry company gave a wedding handkerchief and wedding poem to her friend for her friends wedding day. This wedding hankie with poem was such a big hit at the wedding shower there wasn't a dry eye in the house & the idea was formed to create a unique line of wedding handkerchiefs and wedding poetry. Originally just for the bride the line expanded for the bride to give a  hankie and poem to all of her loved ones, thanking those who mean  the most to her during this special time. Our best selling hankie is of course for the mother of the bride. From the beginning New Traditions handkerchiefs have always been imported from Switzerland. Today  99% of all of our hankies are still from Switzerland. They are known  for their quality and attention to detail in fine linens and handkerchiefs.
